An issue of global importance
For FALA-Werk Chemische Fabrik GmbH, sustainability and protecting the environment are part of the FALA model. We actively pursue the goals we set ourselves in this area.
FALA develops, manufactures, and sells cleaning and care products for professional large-scale consumers. The foundation of the business is the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management system, according to which FALA has been certified since 1999. This also involves environmental issues (e.g. energy and water consumption), which underpin a process of continual improvement.
All our products are developed in our own laboratory, taking environmental protection and work safety into account, and subjected to constant testing. The products comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and directives, in particular directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, as well as CLP Regulation 1907/2006 (Classification, Labelling, and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures), EC regulation no. 648/2004 (Detergents Regulation) and (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation).
As a processor of chemical raw materials, FALA is an active member of the industry association IHO (the German Industrial Association for Hygiene and Surface Protection).
Within the framework of the worldwide Responsible Care Initiative, FALA is committed to responsible care in the areas of the environment, safety, and health. Among other things, this includes constantly improving product safety in terms of selection of raw materials, storage, transport, distribution, usage, application, and disposal.
FALA is a Bluecamp cooperation partner. Bluecamp is a multi-purpose sector platform for cleaning and care that focuses on sustainability. Quality, innovation, efficiency, and sustainability are the guiding principles of cooperation partners.
